Aim of the toolAs part of the possible tools for stakeholder analysis, it helps identifying and describing stakeholders with respect to their attributes, interrelationships and interests related to a given initiative or resource.This tool focuses on the relationships between stakeholders and their influence on the issue under study.
When to use it?It can be used both as a research tool and as an instrument for organizational development and strategic network planning.

Aim of the toolTo capture the degree to which each stakeholder has influence over the relevant issues and their level of interest.
When to use it?This tool can be used when you want to explore how to make strategic choices in working with stakeholders

Household Livelihoods Security Framework

Aim of the toolAs part of the Tools under the sustainable livelihood approach, this framework helps to analyze and understand the main factors that affect poor people's livelihoods and their mechanisms for dealing with them. It analyses the Context, assets, structures & processes, livelihood strategies and outcomes
When to use it?At program analysis, design or monitoring and evaluation phases. Used when you want to develop a more comprehensive and integrated understanding. Focus on livelihoods

Drivers and constrainers of change

Aim of the toolTo strategically assess ‘forces’ involved in keeping a situation as it is or moving it in a different direction.
When to use it?This tool can be used at different stages of an intervention: at the design stage for example as additional information to the stakeholders analysis.
